Polyamides include aliphatic polyamides and aromatic polyamides. In
the 1970s, aliphatic polyamides were mainly used, such as nylon-4,
nylon-6 and nylon-66 membranes; At present, aromatic polyamide film
is most widely used. The membrane materials are aromatic polyamide,
aromatic polyamide hydrazide and some nitrogen-containing aromatic
polymers.
The aromatic polyamide membrane can adapt to a wide pH range of
2~11, but it is very sensitive to free chlorine in water.
The film that is selective to the substances that penetrate is
called semi permeable membrane. Generally, the film that can only
penetrate the solvent but not the solute is called ideal semi
permeable membrane. When the same volume of dilute solution (such
as fresh water) and concentrated solution (such as salt water) are
placed on both sides of the semi permeable membrane, the solvent in
the dilute solution will naturally pass through the semi permeable
membrane and spontaneously flow to the side of the concentrated
solution. This phenomenon is called penetration.

1.When PH is above 10, the Maximum Temperature of Continuous
Operation is 35ºC.
